Application for Admission

Applications may be obtained in the school’s main office during normal school hours. You may also download the Lottery Application for Admission by clicking on the link below.

We recommend that all applications be returned in person, as we cannot be responsible for mailed, faxed, or emailed applications that do not reach us.

Return completed application on or before April 10, 2013, to be eligible for the lottery.

Applications received after April 10, 2013, will be placed in a waiting list pool.
